SHIPPING POLICY

Dog Accessories

  • Due to being made to order it can take from 5-10 business days* to make and send your parcel. (weekends are for adventures) 

  • They are sent 1st Class with Royal Mail so should arrive within 1-2 days of the dispatch email.

  • If you have not received your parcel within 5 days of your dispatch email please contact us so we can help.

  • If you need your parcel sooner please give us a message so we can try our best to make it a priority!

  • Please Recycle your packaging afterwards!

Clothing & Larger Orders

  • It takes 5-10 business days* for your parcel to be posted

  • Your Parcel will be delivered via Hermes (3-4 days), complete with Tracking Number.

  • If you wish to upgrade to next day delivery please message us after you have placed your order, with your order number.

  • Our Mailing bags are made from 100% recycled plastic and have a second adhesive strip so you can use it again!

Clothing Pre order:

  • When ordering you will have a time period of when your parcel should arrive!

  • Your Parcel will be delivered via Hermes (3-4 days), complete with Tracking Number.​

  • Our T shirt Mailing bags are made from 100% recycled plastic and have a second adhesive strip so you can use it again!

*Please note we live in a small village so our post office is only open a couple of days a week

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Dog Accessories:

Due to our dog accessories being handmade to order, unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange your product/s as they are are specifically made for your dog/s.

 

If your dog is between sizes or you are unsure of what size you need please send us a message before ordering so we can help or make them a custom size.

Clothing:

When ordering please make sure you choose the correct size using our product size guides. 

Our Clothing also cannot be refunded if it is bought on a pre-order as it has been specifically ordered for you. Customised products also cannot be refunded or exchanged.

If you buy a seconds items these prices are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you have bought clothing from our stock, you can email us in the first 7 days of it arriving to arrange the return or a exchange of the item. You must not return the item without the contact and response from us.

The cost to return or exchange an item are at the customers expense.

The refunded amount will not include the Postage + Packaging cost.

Info to include in your email:​

  • Name 

  • Order Number

  • Item, colour and size of the item you wish to return

  • Reason for return/exchange

  • What item you wish to exchange for

Returned items:

  • Must be returned in original product packaging

  • Must have no visible signs of wear or use

  • Must not be washed or ironed
